What does it mean to “level up” your life?

Does it involve things like substituting Greek yogurt for mayonnaise, writing out daily affirmations, and meditation?

Personally, I recommend all three. Especially the first one. Once you’ve tried Greek yogurt coleslaw on your fish tacos, you’ll never settle for anything less.

Meanwhile, Agnes Goodwine started her Level Up Tribes podcast to provide insights from thought leaders, healers, and others to realize your full potential and be who you were meant to be. One of her most popular episodes, paradoxically, is called “Stop Fixing Yourself.” What makes her stand out in a sea of countless self-improvement podcasts? She also happens to be a certified yoga instructor. Her heart for helping people change shows through not just in starting her podcast three years ago, but also her efforts to mentor youth.

In our conversation, Agnes and I discuss the ongoing challenges of conflict at work. And, of course, we touch on salsa dancing. Because who wouldn’t?
